The ps3sndjp.cpk is an official undub CPK of the English audio that released with Persona 5 as optional DLC. The contained sound_jp file is mostly identical to the sound folder from the Japanese release of P5. It does not contain any BGM related files, but everything else is included. Despite being smaller than the original sound folder, however, ps3sndjp.cpk contains more files than the original sound folder (likely to match the structure of the English release).
