SRSA files contain several audio files, mainly appearing in games developed by Koei Tecmo. Audio files from Persona 5 Strikers can be found in RRPreview.rdb.

Foobar2000 + vgmstream plugin
Foobar2000, along with the vgmstream plugin, can be used to listen to the individual audio files within SRSA files. Files will have to go through a QuickBMS script in order to be properly read by Foobar2000. More information can be found here. The individual audio files, once imported from an SRSA file, can then be exported to several commonly used audio formats.
